Role Overview: As a Small Business Sales Representative at SafeTouch Security, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence within defined markets by promoting a diverse range of electronic security products and services to both new and existing small business clients. This position not only offers the chance to drive significant growth within the organization but also to streamline processes and foster a positive workplace ambiance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Elevate market share by showcasing a wide array of SafeTouch electronic security SMB products and services to both new and existing SMB clients.
  • Augment service agreement base through renewal and expansion of ongoing customer service agreements.
  • Lead and contribute to the technical advancement, pricing, and written content of compelling proposals.
  • Deliver engaging customer presentations and system demonstrations, leveraging technical expertise, sales proficiency, and business insight to cultivate growth opportunities.
  • Formulate strategic account plans and tactics for key accounts within the assigned market.
  • Develop personalized call plans and customer engagement strategies, ensuring the application of effective time and territory management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with Field Operations to ensure accurate application of system products to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis on upcoming technologies that may impact regional markets.
  • Adhere to SafeTouch policies and procedures throughout project preparation and execution.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven sales expertise.
  • Preference for experience in sales of SMB Electronic Security Systems such as Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Controls, CCTV, and Fire systems.
  • Clear background check, employment verification, and drug screening.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Access to Reliable Transportation.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Extended periods of desk work, driving, and computer operation.
