Third Party Solutions
We are seeking an experienced product manager to design, develop and deliver best in class wealth products in partnership with 3rd party solution providers. This individual will responsible for understanding the customer needs, identifying solutions, developing business case, defining product specifications and overseeing product life cycle management activities.

This role reports to the MD, Head of Third Party Solutions and is part of the Wealth Product and Solutions team. Wealth Product and Solutions team is responsible for strategy, development and management of wealth product and services, which include managed accounts, brokerage solutions, trust services and 3rd party solutions. Our vision is to offer a diverse set of investment solutions and services to help our clients reach their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Execute on the third party solution roadmap by launching new wealth products and solutions.
  • Scan the marketplace to identify the best-in-class solution providers, develop business case and define success KPIs.
  • Influence, partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, risk, compliance, technology and operations to successfully launch new products.
  • Develop product positioning, lead go-to-market activities and ensure delivery of successful results aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Gather customer and advisor feedback and monitor performance metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $182,000/yr. - $220,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
