Job Description

Looking for a Software Engineer, who will be responsible for leading the Digital Product Platform initiatives. The ideal candidate would have a force multiplier mindset, a supportive attitude, a challenge-seeking mentality, the ability to deal with ambiguity and the ability to learn & iterate rapidly.

Responsibilities
* Should lead Digital product platform building effort by partnering with Business Stake-Holders & other Development Teams.
* Partner with Enterprise & Digital Architecture teams to design & develop the product platform services.
* Should have Strategic thinking when it comes to feature implementation, starting with a MVP first and iteratively getting to the Strategic End-Product.
* Build best practices, abstractions, easy-to-use wrappers around digital platforms & SaaS offerings, to make a better overall platform experience.
* Should have an automation first and continuous improvement mindset and drive the adoption of CI/CD tools and support the improvement of the toolsets/processes.
* Knowledge of SDLC processes, including agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
* Continuously drive improvement and optimization through retrospectives, Inspect and Adopt and stakeholder feedback.
* Become a proactive trusted advisor to business leaders within Cigna Digital.
* Flexibility to adopt a continuous learning mindset and flex to cover a diverse set of technology needs.
* Technical and marketing skills to craft and execute your own programs and initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills
* Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Evidence of being self-motivated and driven.
* Having lead projects from design to implementation.
* 5+ years of recent hands-on coding and software design.
* Experience with working at the administrative/power-user level in SaaS platforms - eg.) Okta, Adobe, etc.
* Enterprise Cloud Experience - AWS Preferred
* Expertise in one of these programming language - Typescript, GoLang, Python
* Experience with Terraform or relevant IAAS.

Nice-to-haves
* Front end development experience (angular, react, Vue, etc)
* Click Stream Analytics, Website Tracking experience
* Experience with A/B testing or Multivariate testing platforms

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
