We are seeking Credential Operators who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience. In this role, you will process and distribute US Open credentials. Start Date: August 12, 2024End Date: September 1, 2024Must be available 5 days per week, 7 days per week during the US Open (August 26th - September 8th)

The Role
  • Create and distribute US Open Credential links to key contacts for large credential groups including tournament staff, guests, vendors and consultants
  • Approve US Open On-Line Credential applications according to US Open Credential policies and procedures
  • Greet players, guests and staff to the US Open in a welcoming manner when they come to collect their credential
  • Review and verify US Open Credential applicant's photo ID
  • Print and distribute US Open Credentials according to US Open Credential policies and procedures
  • Coordinate on-site photo sessions for large credential groups

Who You Are
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to multi task on several projects
  • Must be available to work 7 days a week beginning June 10th through September 10th
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite, Word & Excel
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • This position is non exempt
Rate of Pay: $17 an hour$35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
