The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing Greenhouse ATS, and will be adept at recruiting for a wide range of roles, including clinical, corporate support, and technical positions. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about finding top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

This is a rare chance to make a real difference helping build a business that is changing the face of addiction treatment for opioid and other substance use disorders by expanding access to comprehensive, clinically excellent, evidence-based outpatient care through our unique, integrated delivery approach.

Please note: This is a temporary role which will be full time until mid-December.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the People Operations Generalist and Talent Partner, the Recruiter is responsible for:

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies based on sourcing, role, and business acumen and driven by data and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas through proactive market research and on-going relationship management;
  • Demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines through out-bound sourcing
  • Leading the creation of a sourcing, recruiting & interviewing plan for each position
  • Employ innovative, multimodal sourcing strategies to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
  • Reviewing resumes, & screening/interviewing candidates for role & culture fit
  • Evaluating trends in the job market and recommending new approaches

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be an expert in Greenhouse ATS
  • 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment required
  • The energy and organizational skills to work at startup volumes and pace
  • A passion for prospecting, finding talent and closing the deal
  • Experience with modern recruiting technologies and sourcing tools
  • Are currently authorized to work for any US employer.
  • The ability to complete all other responsibilities as required

Compensation:

The total target compensation range for this position is $30-40/hr. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
