How You'll Make An Impact

  • Help run the Office of the Chief Product & Technology Officer, as well as the Product & Technology Organization, in an effective and efficient manner
  • Influence decision making at the Executive Leadership Team level
  • Ensure the Product & Technology brand is strong, visible and respected within Boomi, as well as to and by external stakeholders

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic projects across the Product & Technology organization, specifically around operational improvement topics.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff to the CPTO with managing internal and external meetings including agenda setting, meeting content and action item tracking, ensuring that expected results are documented and followed up on.
  • Engage and effectively communicate with executive stakeholders, liaising with their teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to build relationships and a collaborative environment.
  • Build content for and help facilitate internal reviews of CPTO keynotes, Board meetings, QBRs and customer/partner meetings.

The Experience You Bring

  • Ideal candidates would have a strong functional background of product management, marketing, communication, strategy and/or program/project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions and influence decision making.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
  • Work on problems of various degrees of complexities where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple intangible variables
  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Have a sufficient level of maturity and self-confidence to interact with high-level executives inside and outside the company.

Conshohocken, PA strongly preferred - Hybrid

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $140, ,923. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
