Position Overview: As a Front Desk Supervisor at Staybridge Suites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and delivering a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, managing guest reservations, handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership: Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality guest service.Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Training: Train and onboard new front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, seeking to exceed guest expectations.
Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, handling cash transactions, and preparing reports as required.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and trends.
