All Saints Academy was founded in 1966 as St. Paul's Episcopal Parish School under Father Gilbertson and Father Sturrup of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church. The school did not adopt its current name until 1993, when the middle and upper school portions of the facility were added, extending the grades serviced to grade twelve.

Position Summary

The All Saints Academy Registrar is responsible for official student record-keeping for students in grades 6 to 12. It is a full-time, 12-month position. This person is responsible for student record management and coordination with the College Office, Admissions/Enrollment Management, Division Heads, and School Nurse. This role also oversees the completion of the master schedule for grades 6-12, as well as schedule changes. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills since the registrar is expected to communicate frequently with administration, faculty and staff, parents and students. The role requires expertise in navigating and problem-solving the school's record-keeping/learning management system, as well as expertise in the State of Florida's and accrediting organizations' record-keeping laws and standards.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Required Skills

Strong attention to detail Technically inclined / Blackbaud K-12 software experience Ability to analyze data using spreadsheets, preferably Google Sheets Customer service oriented Ability to synthesize the connections among curricula, report cards, transcripts, content-based test scores, and standardized testing Understanding of (or willingness to learn) standard conventions in academic scheduling, credit systems, grading scales, and credentialing for US and international students Strong communication skills -- both oral and written Familiarity with Blackbaud, Scoir, Google Suite, Florida Virtual School (FLVS) and Bright Futures software platforms Time management Problem-solving Ability to prioritize Other DutiesProduce student transcripts Create student and teacher schedules Oversee schedule changes with Division Heads Maintain and add testing to databases (PSAT, P-ACT, SAT, ACT, AP) Maintain records of testing data reports and assist in producing testing data reports, Create new student profiles Overseas student progress in FLVS courses Bright Futures database management -- creating new student accounts, adding courses, grades, and test scores Processing and tracking transcript requests for alumni and for students who withdraw/withdrew before graduation Verification of student enrollment when requested through parents/guardians by government agencies, insurance companies, and other official organizations
