Job Summary:

Connelly School of the Holy Child is seeking a Part-time/On Call Front Desk Assistant to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support. This position will require excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Assistant will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all who enter the school.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Greet visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

· Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

· Assist with special projects as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

The position is part-time, on-call, and the schedule will vary based on school needs.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
