We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our brand, and driving sales growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all studio visitors
• Promote our brand and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness experience
• Work closely with our trainers to deliver high-quality studio tours and introductory sessions
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to member inquiries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their concerns and providing solutions
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
• Ensure the studio is maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to our high standards
