Position Overview:

Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A., a well-established regional law firm with a team of over 100 attorneys, is in search of a dedicated and trustworthy individual to join our Records Department. This role will also involve providing essential support at the reception desk.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Records Management: Conducting conflict of interest assessments for both new and existing clients.
  • Client Documentation: Reviewing and processing new client submissions.
  • Database Management: Inputting data into the firm's information systems.
  • File Organization: Creating and maintaining physical file folders.
  • File Closure: Managing the closure of files for off-site archiving.

Reception Duties:
  • Providing front desk support by managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately.
  • Welcoming clients and informing the relevant attorney or secretary of their arrival.
  • Coordinating conference room bookings as needed.
