We are seeking a Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts, creating and implementing a robust 12-month rolling marketing plan.
This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment and is adept at steering both strategic vision and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Create and implement a comprehensive 12-month rolling marketing plan that supports business objectives, focusing on outreach, education, and engagement
Project Management:
Manage all marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines
Budget and Expense Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, making adjustments based on company performance and strategic priorities
Advanced Marketing Strategies:
Utilize cutting-edge marketing strategies to increase awareness of our tax credit services, including digital marketing, CRM management, and targeted outreach campaigns
Market Analysis and SEO Optimization:
Conduct market research and SEO to guide content strategy and improve online visibility
Content and Creative Direction:
Produce high-quality marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and visual media, to effectively communicate the brand message
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Requirements:
Experience:
7-10 years of marketing experience, with a solid track record in strategic marketing planning and execution. Experience in a small business or fast-paced environment is essential.
Education:
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required
Skills:
Strong project management, communication, and digital marketing skills. Proficiency in SEO, CRM software (preferably Pipedrive), and budget management.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, addressing the evolving needs and deadlines of the business with independence and initiative

Capable of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
