Responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries and feedback related to our products and services
  • Assist clients through the onboarding procedure
  • Analyze and recognize patterns in client interactions and queries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and explore opportunities to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet business requirements
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance business processes
  • Act as the client's advocate and contribute to product enhancements based on feedback
Qualifications:

  • Prior customer-facing experience preferred (e.g. food/hospitality/retail)

Compensation and Benefits:
