We are seeking a creative, entrepreneurial Growth & Product Marketing Manager to help build Toko's presence in Taiwan & Hong Kong. Working directly with the founders, this person will serve as a bridge between Toko and the Taiwan/HK markets – leveraging local channels, partnerships and Toko superfans to help millions of English learners discover, engage with, and learn through Toko.

This will be a dynamic role with evolving responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Sourcing and managing partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and educators
Managing creative pipeline for paid acquisition channels, from production to test & launch
Driving product marketing campaigns to announce new features on socials, email, and in app
Engaging with language learners on social media and forums like DCard, PTT
Running experiments to test new growth channels and opportunities
Creating and/or curating social media content to build Toko's brand

Requirements
Advanced proficiency in both Mandarin and English (min C1 level for each)

You are a good fit for this role if you:
Communicate with clarity & ease – you express yourself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, whether it's a product announcement, IG caption, experiment proposal, or project update
Bias towards action – no task is too big nor too small for you. You thrive by getting things done.
Love to learn & try new things – you're excited to wear many hats and contribute wherever you can make an impact. You are okay with trying many things & failing repeatedly, as long as you learn something along the way.
Are full of ideas – you enjoy flexing your creative muscles and generating new ideas, whether it's for a new ad creative or social media campaign.
Operate with scrappiness – you excel at thinking outside the box and making a lot out of a little

Bonus:

You have a deep understanding of Taiwanese culture from having spent extensive time here
You have experience with building partnerships, social media management, content creation and/or community management
