Salary Range: $3,500 per course

Hours: 10 hours per week, non benefits eligible Fixed-Term Track faculty position for Summer and Fall 2024, exempt.

Essential Functions
Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies department at UTSA. This position would have a baseline teaching requirement of undergraduate or graduate lecture courses in the ELPS for Summer and Fall 2024.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Educational Leadership, or related fields.
Demonstrate effective skills in teaching graduate level courses.
Successful teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
Two years or more of teaching experience at UTSA or commensurate experience at another institution.
Two years or more of leadership experience in K-12 school districts and/or schools; or in institutions of higher education.

For lecturers teaching K-12 Educational Leadership:

Advancing Educational Leadership(AEL) Trainer of Trainers (TOT).
Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) Trainer of Trainers (TOT) and/or Completed Field Supervisor Coaching Training for Advanced Certification candidates.
