Educational Program Coordinator

Department:

College of Business Administration

Minimum Qualifications:

This role necessitates a Master's Degree with a focus on business and at least 18 graduate semester hours in the relevant teaching discipline. A Doctoral Degree is preferred. Prior teaching experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in online instruction. Management-level work experience outside of academia is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to student-centered learning and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver courses at designated locations in alignment with college and departmental guidelines.
  • Timely preparation and submission of grade reports and other student performance documentation as required.
  • Design and organize class activities and assignments, ensuring they align with the overall learning objectives of the course.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to review, create, and/or select course-related materials.
  • Participate in program, school, and college meetings as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • In-depth knowledge of the subject areas for which the individual is responsible for instruction.
  • Understanding of effective communication and instructional principles.
  • Awareness of the characteristics and challenges faced by state college students.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development principles.
  • Proficient computer skills, including navigation in a Windows environment and operation within a Learning Management System.

Note:

All positions are part-time, temporary assignments based on student enrollment and the instructional needs of the College.
