  • Collaborate with the product development/Innovation team to introduce innovations and improvements to the portfolio, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and preferences.

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to steer strategic decisions and pinpoint new growth prospects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, Innovation, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI and attain business goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably an MBA or advanced degree.
  • 5-7 years of brand management experience, particularly within the food and beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth.
  • Expertise in formulating and executing marketing strategies across diverse channels, such as digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and cultivate a marketing team.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Dynamic, charismatic, innovative, and creative approach.
  • Robust analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and market research.
  • Excellent project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker capable of devising innovative marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Physical Demands
Office tasks involve extensive use of telephone and computer.

Work Environment
The role is highly collaborative and occasionally demanding; some work outside the office may be required. Approximately 10% travel time is mandatory. This position is a hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA, with at least 2 days per week on-site in Sacramento.
