We seek licensed mental health therapists - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT for full-time positions in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma locations.Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Independent mental health license in Oklahoma
Working towards licensure (Must be a candidate)
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Competent with a wide range of clinical requisitions
Experience with children or adolescents
Experience with couples or family counseling
Experience with health psychology

Advanced Therapy Associates (ATA) is a premier mental health organization with 3 locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Shawnee.
ATA provides counseling along with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers such as nutritionists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, etc.
