Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
    • Develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the patient.
  • Treatment and Intervention
    • Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
    • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals for the patient.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Provide accurate and timely documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultation with other healthcare professionals, referrals, contacts, and supportive services provided to each patient.
    • Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
  • Supervision and Education
    • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

    • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
