Job Description

Job Summary

The Navigate Program at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, including first episode psychosis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat individuals with mental health conditions, including first episode psychosis, using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide ongoing individual and group counseling to assigned clients, promoting positive outcomes and improved mental health.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to program and agency standards.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to share knowledge and expertise, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, working closely with other staff members to ensure client safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling or social work.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology to perform duties, including electronic health records and other software applications.
