We need a highly talented Senior Principal Technical Program Manager for the AI2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be directly responsible for leading programs focused on the success of our most strategic customers, including business planning, operations, health and performance, delivery planning, and cross-organizational coordination to address customer needs across our organization.

This high-visibility and high-impact role will help craft our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.

You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and addressing senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud
  • Direct experience working with large-scale customers, including at the executive level
  • A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions
  • Ability to lead other TPMs, design, and build engineers
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)
  • Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
