Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and assimilate data into a format easily understood by end users. You will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the company's revenue.
  • Complete work requests for product configuration, email campaigns, and reporting
  • Embrace, seek, and provide feedback on people, process improvement, and product.
  • Maintain internal customer satisfaction scores of 95% or greater across all teams supported.
  • Solid technical skills with developing knowledge of GHX's suite of products beginning with Vendormate Credentialing, which is a provider product line that enables hospitals to manage their vendors' regulatory compliance and onsite access.
  • Behavior that exhibits the GHX core values of Collaborate, Innovate, Inspire, and Grow
  • Other recurring responsibilities and special projects, as assigned.
  • Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts.

Estimated hourly compensation $ $25.81

The base hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include: health, vision, and dental insurance, accident and life insurance, 401k matching, paid-time off, and education reimbursement, to name a few.
