Job Summary
Serve as an administrative assistant to the Associate Dean for Administration and Faculty Affairs.

Assist with administrative tasks involving faculty and student records, organize files, respond to or direct emails to the appropriate recipient, answer the phone, other duties as assigned.


Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, experience with SAP and other UK systems, organizational skills, interpersonal skills.
