Job Description:
Responsible for the ongoing activities related to design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policy and Framework, and related methodologies. Supports the ERM team in analytical and reporting initiatives, drives automation and solves business problems using analytics. Develops reporting strategies and dashboards to closely monitor risk profile and provide insights. Provides tactical leadership in the development of monitoring and reporting practices for the organization. Engages collaboratively with business and risk partners to enhance their risk management practices, identify improvement opportunities, and provide effective challenge and execute on the ERM framework. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:

  • Supports the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the ERM Policy and Framework Standards, as well as supporting components
  • Supports the enhancements to ERM risk insights and reporting areas, as well as broader risk management framework
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners, data and product owners to gather insights, understand risk reporting strategies and business needs to inform the development of ERM process enhancements and process simplification
  • Develops tools, visualizations, and dashboards to provide insights at scale to inform risk profile, and solves for analytical needs. Facilitates implementation of work product
  • Drives automation efforts to simplify and streamline ERM processes
  • Performs end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations to Senior Management and the Board
  • Works with various GRC groups to design and implement framework components enabling analysis, monitoring and reporting
  • Supports the DFS risk profile reporting cycle to Senior Leadership and the Board in coordination with program teams
  • Works constructively and collaboratively with others to accomplish timely resolution of requirements, findings, limit breaches and leadership objectives, or support ad hoc ERM tasks for leadership, regulators, or other stakeholders
  • Facilitates communication and builds effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and risk owners
  • Executes oversight routines across Enterprise to validate whether risk management routines are being followed, including effective challenge of the risks identified, controls developed, and governance routines established
  • Assists senior management with ad-hoc ERM analysis, projects, presentations, and/or reporting

Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering or related field
  • 6 + years of experience in Experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, Economist, or related field
  • In Lieu of Education 8 + years In lieu of a degree, experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, Economist, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data Science or Analytics or related field
  • Experience and knowledge in data manipulation, dashboard creation, Tableau and data lake
  • Capable of creating insightful analysis reports and data visualizations
  • RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
