Job Description:
Responsible for performing second line of defense activities for the development, implementation, and execution of risk management frameworks. Creates and maintains standards. Provides training on Standards. Monitors adherence to Standards. Provides reporting to leadership on execution of risk management frameworks across the enterprise. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the management of the operational risk events, including detailed analysis of significant events and management of a scenario library to ensure appropriate remediation plans are implemented to mitigate control weaknesses.

• Enhance, implement, and contribute to the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives to build out scenario analysis and stress testing capabilities for operational risk that drive accountability and effectiveness for scenario analysis across use cases including stress tests and capital planning.

• Monitor operational risk event metrics, trends, industry practices, and regulatory expectations to provide analysis on loss data, and detect significant and/or emerging risks.

• Leads the development, enhancement, and implementation of risk management frameworks.

• Creates and maintains standards. Monitors the adherence to risk

• Monitors adherence to Standards.

• Provides training on Standards.

• Provides reporting to leadership on execution of risk management frameworks across the enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Continuous Improvement, Engineering or English Studies

• 6+ years Risk management, operational risk, process management, financial services, or related

• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years Risk management, operational risk, process management, financial services, or related
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
