Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience maintaining P3 mission systems
  • Operational P3 mission system avionics experience
  • Prior knowledge/experience with maintaining/developing US Navy P3 Anti-Surface Warfare Improvement Program mission systems or foreign derivative of the P3 mission systems
  • Proficient in P3 mission system maintenance and sustainment
  • Ability to identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives and implement/recommend cost effective solutions
  • Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance or higher. This position is located in Taiwan and the candidate must have the ability to live and work OCONUS

Desired Skills:

  • Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined
  • Prior engineering design or aviation modification experience as well as test experience
  • Familiarity with ground and flight test programs
  • Experience working in a business / program management environment
  • Experience in working under a DOD contract
  • The ability to perform a variety of duties and seamlessly transition from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
