The Role: Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, where the work changes daily? Identifying and outlining sales and sales operations processes while pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, whether system (SFDC or other) and/or business process related to support the Mobility sales organization.

The Team: Sales Operations is a dynamic and highly collaborative team responsible for enabling and managing sales fulfillment processes in an exciting environment. Sales Support Principal demonstrate deep proficiency in data and Salesforce systems management, to develop deep understanding of sales operations practices, and working knowledge of business processes, enabling them to provide a full range of support services to the Mobility sales organization.

The Impact: Providing a full range of support services to the Mobility sales organization through problem solving, gathering and analyzing business requirements as an SME on Salesforce and other needed business areas (i.e., AR/Finance) as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess Salesforce current state Sales/Sales Coordinator processes and identify productivity improvements and work with the SFDC development resources to implement improvements.
  • Liaison working with head of Sales Training and Enablement on development of Salesforce training for onboarding, refresher, and changes/enhancements. Provide training to sales and sales support for Salesforce CRM.
  • SME for Salesforce Opportunity management and workflows.
  • Enabler of future enhancements in Salesforce working with the development team on requirements gathering, UAT and roll outs.
  • Lead an effort working with our Finance team on improving AR process for outstanding payments. Once implemented, provide monthly on-going support for this process.
  • Sales coordinator back up activities including MarketScan.
  • Other centralized requests that need evaluation and support that periodically come up.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline is preferred
  • 4+ years' experience required, preferably in a sales operation, client service experience or related role.
  • First class communication skills – written, verbal and presenting/training.
  • Self-starter who can deliver quality results without the need for constant supervision.
  • Highly organized and capable of effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrable analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to balance daily duties and larger scale projects.
  • Strong analytical abilities to discover discrepancies, potential improvements in workflows, sales processes and/or systems.
