The Senior Manufacturing Automation Tech (Controls) role involves applying engineering principles to design, test, and document various instruments and systems. This position is part of the Manufacturing Automation Engineering department located in Lodi, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks related to electrical system maintenance programs
- Lead problem-solving efforts for electrical and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and equipment modifications
Requirements:
- High School degree with 4+ years of related experience OR AA/Technical degree with 2+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLC & Servo systems, Vision systems, and Robots
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools and testing equipment
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, Ladder Logic, and HMIs
- Proficiency in Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Microsoft applications
