Job Description
As one of Cash Apps Program Delivery Managers, you'll lead complex, strategic and business-critical programs that cut across the organization. Tasked with spearheading and coordinating the delivery of multiple interdependent initiatives, we're looking for leaders with world-class execution capability and high levels of resilience. Key to your success in this role will be the ability to apply a flexible and reactive approach that suits our dynamic and fast-changing environment, and act as the connective tissue across our cross functional, global teams.
You will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of regulatory programs that are considered the highest priority to Cash App.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Cash leadership, project sponsors, and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration, gain buy-in, and drive program success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, Counsel, Law Firms, Regulatory Consultants and bank partners) involved in program, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Execute in high-pressure, high-intensity environments, demonstrating the ability to self-direct and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on regulatory compliance initiatives, challenges, and progress.
  • Develop reusable frameworks that can help to increase efficiency, to improve communication, and to streamline team activities by reducing confusion

Qualifications
Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Cash.

  • You have 8+ years of experience in regulatory programs, risk management, or related fields with demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives or projects in high-risk environments.
  • You have experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance or fintech) and familiarity with regulatory requirements and expectations applicable to publicly traded companies is desirable.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company, preferably listed on NASDAQ or other major stock exchanges, and familiarity with the regulatory requirements and expectations applicable to publicly traded companies.
  • Your EQ and ability to manage stakeholders across all levels will be just as important (if not more so) than your project management toolkit
  • Ideally, you understand the payments ecosystem and have experience working with cross functional teams to stand up new programs in this space
  • You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all our stakeholders and shape the future with excitement
