This role is designed for individuals at various experience levels, including entry-level, intermediate, and advanced stages, to conduct thorough investigations of consumer grievances, particularly those that are intricate and arise from the stipulations of the Contractors State License Law.

The position is based in a dynamic environment where the investigator will operate under the guidance of a Supervising Investigator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate consumer complaints and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with diverse communities and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Uphold a work atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and respect for all individuals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to investigations.
