This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, with some experience in a senior level or management position.

In this position, candidates will develop and maintain financial controls, oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams, and present financial updates to management.

This position will also develop budget goals, prepare financial statements, ensure accounting policies are followed, and analyze financial data and variances.


Controller job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain financial controls
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams
  • Present financial updates to management
  • Develop budget goals
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Analyze financial data and variances
  • Ensure accounting policies are followed according to GAAP

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of Accounting experience in a senior level or management role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of banking processes
  • Experience with financial data analysis, variances, and GAAP
  • Proficient knowledge of national and local tax regulations
  • Oracle NetSuite experience preferred
  • CPA certification a plus
