Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Vice President (VP) to lead our Private Equity division with a specific focus on Private Capital Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in private equity, with deep expertise in restructuring and emerging trends. Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy focused on sectors, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential investments.
  • Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to inform investment decisions.

Due Diligence and Deal Execution:

  • Lead due diligence efforts for potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.

  • Actively manage and monitor investments within the portfolio, working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth, operational improvements, and value creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful private equity investments with a focus on sectors.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships within the private capital advisory community.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive portfolio growth and value creation.
