For this position, you must reside within commuting distance to Boston, MA.

Your role:

  • Building, deploying and/or integrating multi-vendor diagnostic imaging solutions.
  • Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.
  • Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
  • Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.
  • Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
  • Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.

You're the right fit if:

  • Previous field service experience with multi-vendor diagnostic imaging equipment required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment.
  • 5+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment required; field service in a hospital setting and/or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
  • You have an Associate's Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
  • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $30.63 to $52.50, plus overtime eligible. This role also includes, incentive pay potential, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. ​

In addition, other compensation, such as a profit sharing-plan, annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (with up to a 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
