About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for our innovative products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for our products, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Travel occasionally, up to 5 days per week, to support customers and ensure timely completion of service activities.
  • Assist with in-house repairs and updates, including updating customer information and product documentation.
  • Organize schedules to ensure efficient completion of service-related tasks.
  • Administer and update our support systems, including case management and customer contact information.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Submit site reports within 3 days of completing customer visits.
  • Adhere to our standard operating procedures for support.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in field service or a related role, with a strong customer-facing focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • AAS or BS in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
