ENSCO s Contracts and Procurement (C&P) Division manages all aspects of the Company s contracts, subcontracts and vendor agreements, proposal preparation and submission, and risk management for the performance of research and development, systems integration, technical services, and the delivery of software and hardware.

ENSCO s C&P Division is also responsible for the management and placement of the corporation s insurance policies (to include its domestic and international subsidiaries) and contract specific insurances.

As a critical position to the Division s and Company s successful performance, the Senior Contracts Administrator shall perform the following responsibilities in support of the company s Surface Transportation Group (STG) which supports primarily Federal contracts for the Federal Railroad Association (FRA) and Department of Transportation (DOT).


Additional duties include but are not limited to::
Review and evaluate requests for proposal or changes to contracts.


Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS).

Suggest alternative approaches to mitigate risk including revisions to contractual language and proposal pricing strategies.

Assist the Contracts Director with preparing, reviewing and modifying contracts in compliance with Company policies and procedures.


Work directly with the capture management team to develop the proposal response (management and cost supporting information), review with senior management, and obtain necessary approvals.

Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal company functional groups.


Coordinate and interface with internal Contract and Program Management personnel, and Customer personnel on matters of a business and contractual nature, such as monitoring payment milestones, addressing performance and/or funding issues.

Maintain contractual documentation and file set-up information.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Processing and administering contract modifications.
