PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Clinical Supervisor)

As a Program Director (Clinical Supervisor) for California MENTOR Family Support Services, a member of the Sevita family, each day the connections you make and the compassion you bring make a difference in the lives of our participants. Annual Salary: $84,000 -$2,000 Sign on Bonus

This is a great role for:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT )
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW )
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor ( LPCC )

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership for staff, families, and others associated with the service
  • Builds a team of quality mental health professionals
  • Manages daily operations and all service delivery components of the Family Centered Treatment model with the support of our Area Director, Regional Director, Quality Assurance and Human Resources team
  • Provides supervision to multidisciplinary staff
  • Oversees administrative staff and functions
  • Creates and implements marketing plan and develop business contacts
  • Opportunities for providing Clinical Supervision are available

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field
  • State Licensure as Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Drivers license valid for 1 year minimum, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
