Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our adolescent mental health program at Embark Behavioral Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our residential treatment center, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onsite treatment team in providing daily therapeutic and experiential activities for adolescents and teens.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients and support the clinical team in crisis management and documentation.
  • Ensure program compliance and collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.
Requirements
  • California Licensed Clinician: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Experience as a CA licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions with adolescents and teens.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • At least two years of clinical supervision experience in a high acuity setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
