Position Overview:

Full Circle Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is seeking a qualified Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide essential services to families in various locations, including the Charlotte area and its surroundings. This role primarily involves overseeing a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) working in Gastonia and Mount Holly, North Carolina.

Work Schedule:

The therapist has the flexibility to establish a full-time schedule based on their availability and preferences. This position is ideal for professionals looking to enhance their income or seeking a better work-life balance.

Compensation:

Supervisory evaluations and care plans can yield compensation of up to $80 per hour. The hourly rate ranges from $60 to $80, with additional benefits available.

Administrative Support:

Our support staff manages billing, claims submissions, insurance verifications, prior authorization processes, and collections, allowing therapists to focus on patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous
  • Experience in early intervention is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, although strong candidates with less experience may be considered
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and maintain high accuracy
  • Timely documentation is essential
