Position Overview:

Full Circle Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide essential services to families in selected regions, particularly focusing on Gastonia and Mount Holly, North Carolina. This role involves supervising a qualified COTA who is already serving in these areas.

Flexible Scheduling:

The therapist has the opportunity to establish a full-time schedule based on their availability and preferences. This position is ideal for professionals looking to enhance their income or those desiring a better work-life balance.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $60 to $80 per hour, with additional incentives for supervisory evaluations and care plans.

Full-time or Part-time options are available.

Administrative Support:

Our support staff manages essential tasks such as billing, claims submissions, insurance verifications, prior authorization, and collections, allowing therapists to focus on patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid occupational therapy license in North Carolina
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous
  • Experience in early intervention is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, though strong candidates with less experience may be considered
  • Ability to organize work effectively while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Timely documentation is essential
