Flexible Scheduling:
The therapist has the opportunity to create a full-time schedule based on their availability and preferences. Compensation:
Supervisory evaluations and care plans can yield compensation of up to $80 per hour. The hourly rate ranges from $60 to $80, with additional incentives available.

- Must hold a valid occupational therapy license in North Carolina
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous, particularly in Spanish
- Preferred background in early intervention
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience may be considered)
- Ability to organize work efficiently and maintain accuracy
- Timely documentation is essential
