Position Overview:
Full Circle Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is seeking a qualified Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide essential services to families in various locations, including Charlotte and nearby areas. This role primarily involves supervising a skilled COTA who operates in Gastonia and Mount Holly, North Carolina.

Work Schedule:
The therapist has the flexibility to create a schedule that suits their lifestyle, with opportunities to transition to a full-time position based on availability and interest. This role is ideal for professionals looking to enhance their income or those desiring a better work-life balance.

Compensation:
Supervisory evaluations and care plans are compensated at rates up to $80 per hour. The hourly rate for therapy services ranges from $60 to $80, plus additional incentives.

Job Type:
Available as Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or Contract.

- Preferred background in early intervention
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred; strong candidates with less experience may be considered
- Ability to organize work effectively while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Timely documentation is essential.
