Key Role Overview

  • Manage coordination of customer shipments
  • Secure buy rates and capacity with carriers
  • Execute transport activities in coordination with partners and gateways
  • Ensure compliance with specific customer requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer care teams, partners, and suppliers for seamless shipment transportation
  • Utilize Business Process Automation tools for operational tasks
  • Ensure compliance with shipping instructions and regulations
  • Monitor carrier performance and escalate issues if needed
  • Resolve rate or performance discrepancies
  • Report to the Air Logistics Operational Care manager
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year in Air Logistics and 2+ years in Customer Service
