Our client is a non-profit organization that is looking to add headcount We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to add to the team
  • LOCATION: Onsite in Morgan Hill
  • TYPE: Contract(3-6 months)
  • PAY: 25-30 an hour(depending on experience)
  • SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday This employer is looking to move quickly so apply now

    salary: $25 - $30 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
    education: No Degree Required

    Responsibilities

    • Bookkeeping and general accounting

    • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets

    • Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment

    • Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail

    • Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments

    • Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations

    • Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data

    • Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
