Maintain W-9 Physical Electronic Files on all Vendors. Post check sessions. Prepare pre-paid spreadsheet with additions, deletions and allocations for entry in ADP. Assist with mail sorting. Answer questions from vendors and employees (account management). All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications - Education:

Associate's Degree or 2-4 years of experience in accounting. Current/valid License:

None Required: Ten-key experience. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Requires frequent sitting for long periods, operation of standard office machines and computer. May require lifting of up to 25 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires the use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, telephones or copiers. Requires normal vision range. Work is performed in an office environment.
