Job Summary
The Adam's Lab in the Psychology Department of the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking an Administrative Research Assistant Senior to work on grant-funded research studies. This is a limited-term (1-2 years) position.

Duties include:
  • recruiting participants
  • collecting survey data
  • conducting interviews
  • adhering to study protocols
The successful candidate will also be expected to:
  • coordinate daily operations
  • draft study materials
  • serve as a liaison
  • monitor the study tracking system
  • prepare reports
  • perform other duties as assigned
This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with participants and the research team. This position will require occasional later afternoon or early evening hours, as study sessions may occur after normal business hours (e.g., 5:00pm-8:00pm).
