The senior project manager will deliver key strategic initiatives in the store integration space.

This role will help develop a continuous loop of feedback between Store Development and Operations, supporting integration of store standards and unlocking excellence in our store experiences for our partners and our customers.

Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneouslyUnderstands, manages and cultivates your stakeholder communitiesPresent findings and recommendations to leadership and various cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and approachable mannerDevelops and nurtures a cohesive team committed to working together and completing the project to the best of their ability.

5 years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications. 5 yrs building and mentoring teams 5 yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations 2 yrs mentoring other project managers in program and project management 2 yrs development and presentation of recommendations to leadership Excellent oral and written communication skills & strong attention to detail

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
