SENIOR LIQUIDITY ANALYST

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
As a key member of the Corporate Treasury team at CNB, the Senior Liquidity Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing the bank's liquidity reporting requirements. This includes responsibilities such as the Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Internal Liquidity Stress Testing, Net Stable Funding Ratio, and 2052a compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support and research on liquidity risks associated with the bank's operations, regulatory obligations, and governance framework.
- Oversee liquidity reporting and validation processes, including monthly production runs and validation of results for liquidity stress scenarios.
- Address emergent needs in intraday reporting and support deposit runs, as well as LCR/NSFR calculations.
- Update and maintain departmental policies and procedures, enhancing documentation and implementing recommendations for liquidity stress scenario assumptions.
- Facilitate internal and external liquidity audits, ensuring compliance with Federal Reserve Board and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency liquidity recommendations.
- Conduct research and implement changes based on audit recommendations.
- Assist in annual policy reviews, conduct annual contingency funding plan tests, and monitor early warning indicators.
- Support Treasury operations and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis and at least 2 years in a banking environment.
- A minimum of 1 year focused on liquidity risk management.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of Treasury Operations with a focus on liquidity management.
- Familiarity with balance sheets, income statements, and accounting principles.
- Experience in Regulatory and Risk-related financial reporting and modeling.
- Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA, SQL, and Python/R.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings in a clear reporting format.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.

Compensation:
- Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year, with variations based on skills, experience, and location.
- This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
