Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this position is to maximize administrative support for the Sales Division, onboarding retailers, inventory allocation/management, work order creation/management, processing (including management of process) of "bonus" monies earned by retailers and customer service relating to the Sales Division. Reporting to the Director of Sales Force Automation, this position assists with the development of all retailer profiles; participates in promotional and merchandising activities, as required; assists with inventory management for new stores as well as COO locations; assists with customer service inquiries, as needed. This position relates to the mission of the agency by ensuring the retailer network is maintained at an optimum level; integrity is maintained at all times.\r

POSITION DUTIES

\r
- Work with sales division (Independent and Corporate) on licensing with regards to onboarding�(work order process) for new chains/locations, Change of Ownerships (COO), XCAP\r
recertification, and other licensing functions\r
- Assist with inventory control/management for retail locations on a needed basis by setting up�allocations utilizing the SCI TRAK program for retailer locations.\r
- Manage and process "Bonus" checks for retailers.\r
- Support Sales and other divisions by investigating customer and retailer issues. Conduct phone�interviews with persons involved to gather data. Review various reports, video to determine�conclusion of issue.\r
- Develop and maintain a record of requests for services including removals, relocation of�equipment or requests for new equipment from retailers.\r
- Analyze alternatives, look at retail trends and determine required resources and project program�needs.\r
- Review OOS (Out of Stock) reports, develop best practices to achieve maximum efficiency�maintaining a low OOS on Self-Serve machines at retail locations.\r

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. \r
Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work. \r

1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience. \r
2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience. \r
3. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience. \r
4. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policy, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year-for- year basis for the required experience.\r
