Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe and responsible operations to create an injury-free workplace
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Set up and troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment and identify corrective actions
  • Perform assembly, cleaning, and operation of manufacturing equipment
  • Assist in the commissioning and validation of equipment and processes
  • Resolve production, quality, and safety issues
  • Coordinate and motivate department employees to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements
  • Train new employees and support safety and lean manufacturing initiatives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility with work schedules, including overtime and all shift operations
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and operate mobile equipment
