Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Formulation Technician to join our team in Greenville, NC. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure flawless manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in compliance with area SOPs and current cGMP.
  • Verify and meticulously document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms.
  • Perform essential tasks in an aseptic filling area, including cleaning cGMP areas, parts preparation, filter integrity testing, operating parts washers and autoclaves, performing tray loading, operating the filling isolator, and general material handling.
  • Troubleshoot equipment alarms and act as a designated trainer/certified SME.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 2+ years of Steriles pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required. Mechanical and/or similar experience preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in manufacturing, in addition to an Associate's degree, is preferred.
  • Excels in a team environment and possesses strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail while maintaining exceptional product quality.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and concisely communicate with production leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify quality opportunities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational needs.
